01.Use of the Website

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Website by, any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, its server, or any connected database, and you must not introduce viruses, spam, or any technologically harmful material.

02.Free Educational Resources

Our solutions library, tutorials, articles, and videos are provided free of charge for personal learning purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, all free content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Always verify calculations independently before relying on them for academic or professional work.

03.Services & Orders

• Orders are placed through our Order Form on the Hire Us page. Each order receives a unique Tracking ID.
• An order is considered confirmed only after our team reviews it, agrees on scope, price, and deadline with you, and the required advance payment is received.
• The scope of work is limited to what is agreed in writing (email/WhatsApp). Additional requirements beyond the agreed scope may require a revised quote.
• You are responsible for providing complete and accurate requirements, files, and templates. Delays caused by incomplete information may extend the delivery timeline.

04.Payments & Advance Policy

• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and other methods agreed for international clients.
• All prices are quoted per project based on scope, complexity, and deadline. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
• Final deliverables (editable files, complete solutions) are released after full payment is received.
• You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by your payment provider.

05.Revisions & Delivery

• Reasonable revisions within the original agreed scope are included free of charge until the work meets the agreed requirements.
• Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Changes that alter the original scope are treated as new work and quoted separately.
• Delivery timelines are estimates agreed at order confirmation. We make every effort to deliver on time; delays caused by incomplete client information or late payments are not our responsibility.
• Deliverables are shared via email, WhatsApp, or the order tracking page.

06.Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel an order before work has started for a full refund of any advance paid.
• If cancellation occurs after work has started, the refund (if any) is assessed case-by-case based on the work already completed.
• No refund is issued for completed and delivered work that meets the agreed requirements.
• If we fail to deliver the agreed work entirely, you are entitled to a full refund of payments made for that order.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

• All Website content — including text, graphics, logos, solutions, and educational materials — is the property of NUM Engineering unless otherwise stated.
• You may use our free resources for personal learning only. Republishing, reselling, or redistributing our content without written permission is prohibited.
• Upon full payment, you receive usage rights to the custom work delivered for your order. We may retain anonymized versions of general methods for internal reference and portfolio purposes, never sharing your personal or institutional details.
• Files you upload remain your property; you confirm you have the right to share them with us.

09.User Conduct

When using our forms, comments, or communication channels, you agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or spam content, impersonate any person, or upload files containing malware. We reserve the right to remove content and block users who violate these rules.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUM Engineering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website, content, or services — including academic outcomes, data loss, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites and may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or advertisers. Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

12.Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Website — with appropriate refund of unearned payments — for conduct that violates these Terms, is abusive toward our team, or is fraudulent or unlawful.

13.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
