03.Order & Payment Terms

• The remaining balance is payable as agreed at order confirmation — typically on completion/delivery, unless a milestone schedule is agreed in writing (WhatsApp or email).
• Payment details are shared directly after your order is reviewed and accepted by our team.
• Orders are not started, and deliverables are not shared, until the required advance payment is received.
• Refund eligibility for cancellations after advance payment is assessed case-by-case and communicated directly.
• Payment confirmations (screenshots, transaction IDs, receipts) are used solely to verify your order and stored securely.

04.File Uploads & Attachments

• Files uploaded through the Order Form are stored securely and accessible only to authorized NUM Engineering staff.
• We do not share your uploaded files with third parties without consent, except to complete your requested service (e.g., forwarding to the assigned expert).
• You are responsible for ensuring uploaded files don’t violate copyright or academic integrity policies.
